2025 Outcomes Conference

The focus is to provide learners with proven treatment options for disease states prevalent in our region. Specialists will address challenges in managing these maladies and discuss the variation of treatments required in properly maintaining the patient’s health specifically in the patient with multiple diagnoses. The learner will be provided content that is supported by evidence-based therapies with some examples of proven outcomes data within the NMHS system.

1. Describe the role of multidisciplinary teams when caring for patients who may require care from a specialist.

1. Through the post-evaluation, all learners will attest to putting into practice the most current, evidence-based prescribing practices in the management of the complex patient.
2. All learners will report through the post-evaluation an increase in knowledge related to multidisciplinary teams when caring for patients who may require care from a specialist.

 

 The Mississippi State Medical Association is a member of the Southern States CME Collaborative (SSCC).  North Mississippi Medical Center is accredited by the SSCC to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

NMMC designates this Live Activity course for a maximum of 22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to North Mississippi Health Services at [email protected].
