This Assessment is designed to be taken while logged into an Epic Training Environment (ACE or PLY) . Use the login ID: ANPROV00 Password:train to take this assessment.

If you DO NOT PASS THIS ASSESSMENT WITH A SCORE OF 80 OR HIGHER, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A LIVE EPIC TRAINING CLASS.

By taking and passing this assessment, you acknowledge that you or are forfeiting any training and accept all responsibility related to performance using the Epic EMR.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to North Mississippi Health Services at [email protected].

North Mississippi Health Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
