Relias Healthcare physician leaders discuss the significance of the patient experience and ways to improve communication with the patient and their family.

1. Gain an awareness of the impact clinician interactions have on patient care and the overall patient experience.
2. Recognize and commit to use identified strategies for improving patient care and the overall patient experience.
