This on-demand Course consists of a presentation recorded at the 2024 Outcomes Conference held in August 2024.

1. Understand the epidemiology and risk factors of lung cancer
2. Recognize clinical presentation and diagnostic methods
3. Review current treatment modlities
4. Discuss the role of Primary Care and Nurse Practitioners in patient care

1. All learners will report using the post-evaluation an increase in knowledge of epidemiology and lung cancer risk factors and clinical presentation.
2. All learners will report using the post-evaluation plans to implement into practice current diagnostic methods and treatment modalities for lung cancer.

The Mississippi State Medical Association is a member of the Southern States CME Collaborative (SSCC).  North Mississippi Medical Center is accredited by the SSCC to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
