This opportunity is desgined to pull medical staff leaders throughout our system together on a quarterly basis to share learning, encourage networking, engage staff in meaningful dialogue, and celebrate everyone as an integral part of our medical community. This needs was identifited as a recognition that communication is vital to our success and in keeping with communication strategies and ongoing improvement within North Mississippi Health Services, and create lasting connections early in their career.

1. Discuss the impact of practicing within their home community and recognize he benefits of rural medicine.

1. By the end of the activity, through the post-evaluation, learners will be able to identify and explain at least one impact of practicing within their home community and the benefits of rural medicine.
