AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (0.50 hours), ABIM MOC Part 2 (0.50 hours), ABPath MOC Part II (0.50 hours), ABS CC (0.50 hours), American Nurses Credentialing Center (0.50 hours), General Attendance (0.50 hours), Mississippi Nursing Foundation (0.50 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (0.50 hours)

A collaborative forum where the healthcare team reviews new and difficult breast cancer cases, discusses findings, and uses state of the art diagnostics, imaging modalities, staging and tumor genetics to individualize survival, reduce risks of complications, and improve the quality of Life. 

NMHS CME Program will award MOC credit for ABIM Medical Knowledge (Part II), ABOS Accredited CME, and ABPath Lifelong Learning (CME) for Breast Case Conference 2026. Participants will earn 0.5 point in the Medical Knowledge Category.  

To claim MOC Credit, participants must:

• Complete the course evaluation at the end of the activity.

• Ensure their CME profile includes accurate date of birth and board ID number.  

Upon successful completion, NMHS CME Program will report your participation and MOC points to ABIM, ABOS, and ABPath through ACCME’s PARS system. The following information will be shared: name, date of birth, board ID, and completion status.  

1. Review recent advances that can improve remission to include state of the art imaging, appropriate staging and tumor genetics.
2. Apply diagnostic tools, imaging modalities, staging systems, & tumor genetic data to asses patient risks and develop individualized care plans at improving quality of life and reducing complications.
3. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to analyze patient data and formulate evidence-based treatment plans that optimize survival outcomes, minimize complications and enhance quality of life for breast cancer patients.

1. All learners will have participated in a continual review of recent advances that can improve remission to include state of the art imaging, appropriate staging and tumor genetics. Learners will report through the evaluation how they plan to incorporate into practice.
2. All learners will report increased knowledge of diagnostics, imaging modalities, staging & tumor genetics to individualize survival risks of complications and improve the quality of life.
3. All learners will report incorporating treatment plans into practice as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve survival, reduce risks of complications and improve quality of life in the breast cancer patient.

The Mississippi State Medical Association is a member of the Southern States CME Collaborative (SSCC).  North Mississippi Medical Center is accredited by the SSCC to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

NMMC designates this Live Activity course for a maximum of 0.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 CME For Maintenance of Certification

Successful completion of this CME Activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 0.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
