Learn about the NMHS Patient Experience Training initiative and its role in supporting our commitment to exceptional patient-centered care. This training is assigned to all employees and partners and will become a required training module for providers in the new fiscal year.

1. Explain the basic concepts and goals of the True North Patient Experience training.
2. Recognize provider impact on enhancing patient care.

1. self-report, through the post-evaluation, knowledge gained in the foundational concepts of the True North Patient Experience program to promote compassionate, patient-centered interactions in nursing practice. (Knowledge)

NMMC is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Mississippi Nurses Foundation, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation.  This activity has been awarded for 0.25 contact hour(s). CE#00192-EDII-2455.

Cancellation Policy
